While I'm Away

I've been in and out and around. Much has changed for me since Christmastime. I lost a job, gained back some pride. Got a new improved job. Watched the never ending cold rip through each child. I've blogged a bit and visited here and there. Popping in with my little icon and then popping out again.

Here's the thing. I have good news. Can't share it yet. A lot of my news hinges on some really important writing I have to do. If you don't know what I'm talking about, no worries...

If you do... feel free to do a silent dance with me until I can make things official. That is, if I am able to make the blinking cursor move. For some reason, now when it is MOST important... I'm stumbling. I have to focus. So no more internet for a while. (A week or two) and when I come back, be prepared. I'll be blanketing the internet. Standing on my soapbox and screaming all sorts of bloated words. Be prepared... :)

Thank you so much for all your support, your comments, your friendship.

And if any of you writer friends have any magic fairy dust to gently blow my way, feel free. This master of nostalgia has to figure out a way to make magic... and I'm not so good at that. Let's see what happens.

XO

  5. Magic bubble coming your way from New Mexico, Suzanne. A word of advice: take the action and let go of the result. Focus on the writing, not what you're hoping will come from it. You can't control it anyway. Just do your best.

  6. Not so good at making magic? Are you serious? You make magic every time you put pen to paper (or fingers to keyboard) and present it to us here! But for extra oomph, I'm including my magic fairie dust with the others!

  7. I'm too manly to have any magic fairy dust around. Could I sent you a stiff drink and a hearty pat on the back instead? Yes? No? Get back to me on that one, eh? :)
